Processing times (these times change as we get closer to a holiday or certain time of year. Please see the actual listing for processing time.):
Glassware/Mugs: 5 business days
Glittered glassware/mugs: 2 weeks
Headbands: 7 business days
Clothing: 7 business days
Accessories/Other: 7 business days
Processing Time: The time it takes for me to make your item, package and get it to the Post office. This does not include shipping time. Everything is made to order and not ready to ship.
Delivery Time: The time it takes for the post office to deliver your order once they are in possession. Please note that there could be delays, miss of scans or other hiccups along the way.
Time frames DO NOT include shipping time. Please note that these times may extend during certain busy times of the year. If you need your item sooner, please add the Rush My Order option to your purchase. You are also able to upgrade to 2-3 day Priority Mail at checkout THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU WILL RECEIVE IN 203 DAYS. Items will ship Priority Mail AFTER processing time. If you need your item by a certain date, please notate that in the notes section and I will try to accommodate your needs. If a shipping upgrade needs to be made due to time/need by date constraints, I will message you. If you are ordering too close to the date that you are needing your item for, I cannot guarantee that it will arrive in time. *** PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO RECENT CHANGES, THE POST OFFICE IS NO LONGER REQUIRED TO SCAN PACKAGES IN OR THEY MAY NOT SCAN AT EVERY STOP ALONG THE WAY ***
Customer Service is very important to me and I do my best to keep my customers happy. If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact me immediately.
** BUSINESS HOURS**
Business hours are Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm PST. I try and answer all messages within 24 hrs. If you have any questions about an item or are unsure about sizing, please contact me prior to purchasing.
Please read each description carefully, especially sizing on clothing. Again, if you are unsure on sizes, please message me.
Once payment has been received, I will start to make your item. Please see current shipping times listed on my homepage (this does NOT include weekends and holidays).
There will be a 12 hr cancellation policy from the time that payment is received. Once your order has shipped, I will no longer process refunds or cancellations.
Most items are customized and therefore I do not offer returns.
I will gladly repair any damaged item as best as I can once it is sent back to Avery Ann Boutique within 5 business days of receipt so that I can assess the damage.
** SHIPPING POLICIES **
I ship all packages First Class Mail through USPS 3-7 business days. *Please note that this shipping time can be different due to holidays and weather conditions.* Once your item has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.
I also offer "Upgraded Shipping" which will ensure your order is shipped 2-3 day priority mail. Please select that option when placing your order. Priority Mail does include $50 insurance.
Unfortunately, I am not responsible for any deadlines not met due to delivery on the side of the USPS. I cannot control what happens and/or when the item is delivered once it leaves my hands.
